 5th Annual Open Mic Night
Celebrating Black History Month Thursday, February 24, 2011 6:00-8:00 pm Central Library in Conroe Central Library is please to present the 5th Annual Black History Month Open Mic Night, featuring local guest author Tina Lawson. Tina is a native of Conroe, Texas and took advantage of the opportunity to publish a book of her poetry and writings, entitled The Color of Butterflies. Her experience should provide a dynamic and exciting introduction to the evening. All ages are welcome to come and share original writings of all types - poetry, prose, and song! Please keep content family-friendly in consideration of the younger audience members.
