I, of course, had to google for promo codes for www.citydeals.com. The only one I found was for free shipping (It was $0.99). The code is "russellbc". I found it on pinchingyourpennies.com forums.
I just tried the code for free shipping, and it is valid. I also so on slickdeals.net that this is a legit website, and people in CA were talking about getting the $20 gift card for $10 a few weeks ago.
