"Garden Faire. Sat., Sept. 22 and Sun., Sept. 23, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. The Garden Faire is Mercer's own free, family, fun, fall festival. Bring the young ones to enjoy the Kid's Korner Activity Area, where they can plant seeds, make a hat from recycled paper and enjoy many other nature projects. Stroll along the wooded trails and visit with vendors as you purchase new plants and craft items for your favorite gardener. Enjoy rides around the picnic loop with Stan the Train Man. I have gone in years past. We have enjoyed going! Good excuse to go to Mercer!
