Landscape Solutions- Environmental Services Message
Join us Saturday, September 25, 2010 for The Woodlands Landscape Solutions, where water-wise methods are the focus of this annual, how-to gardening event! This earth friendly event takes place from 9 a.m. to noon at 8203 Millennium Forest Drive located next door to The Woodlands High School.
This year, booths and activities spotlight:
- Habitat gardening with National Wildlife Federation, Texas Bluebird Society, and North American Butterfly Association.
- A plant sale with hard to find native perenials, shrubs and trees.
- Heirloom bulbs from The "Bulb Hunter."
- Edible landscapes with the herb gardeners and "Veggie Village. "
- Bagged compost, garden gifts, and botanical prints for sale.
- A Pass-a-long plant to take home!
Free to the public, this hands on how to event is organized by The Woodlands Township, Environmental Services Department.
