I actually haven't been on a cruise so I can't attest to this cruise line. I have, however, been on this mailing list forever so I can say that $100/night including food around the Mediterranean sounds like a good price.
I have seen carnival out of Florida to the Caribbean as low as $179 for 4 nights. Sign up for this list or checkout priceline for more deals like this.
There are are always extra charges and the price is per person probably in a room without a window so read the fine print.
