Up With PeopleUnder the direction of Michael Krajewski, and with Janice Martin on violin, the Houston Symphony breathes musical life into every move of world-famous performers including soaring aerial artists, amazing acrobats, a hand balancer and more. High-flying action and amusing circus ambiance fill the stage as Alexander Streltsov, Vladimir Tsarkov, Aloysia Gavre, Vladimir Malachikhin and Shana Lord amaze the audience with their juggling mastery, artistic expression, natural strength and acrobatic prowess.
Captivating audiences around the world, the program includes whimsical favorites from "Carmen," "The Snow Maiden," "Attack of the Clones" and more. For the finale, concertgoers will watch in amazement as strongmen Jarek and Darek perform to Ravel's "Bolero."
